Crank Health and Fitness’s newest class has arrived! We have listened to our amazing clients and created a class that combines everything we love about group fitness that gives us cardio fitness, full body strength and healthy results. This class is run indoors in Leeming on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 5.30am-6.30am.

What does the CRANK Fit class INVOLVE

CRANK Fit is our own fusion class combining:
Cardio exercises (HIIT)
Resistance training (weights)
Abs and core 
Nurture, motivation and support to all clients during and outside of classes
Knowledge of fitness, health and wellness with our experienced Trainer
Each session goes for 60 minutes and will consist of a 10 min warm up, 40 min main work out, 10 min cool down and stretching / flexibility training.

The AIM of CRANK Fit work outs are

*Provide a variety of exercises and drills to challenge all fitness levels to make you fitter, faster and stronger.
*To build muscular strength and increase your cardio fitness each week.
*Provide an opportunity for individuals to push/challenge/motivate themselves to a new found fitness level.
*Socialisation and having lots of fun individually and as a group.

Every session you attend will be different and full of exercise variety – no two sessions are the same!

*Please arrive at each session 5 minutes before the start time

How to REGISTER for the classes

1: Click herefill out the sign up form then click “Register”. Now you are registered on our system.

2: Click here then select from the drop down menu “Crank Group Fitness Classes: $11 unlimited intro”. This entitles you to unlimited Crank Group Fitness Classes for 7 days so you can trial our group classes.

3: Chose the date you would like to start your first class, click “agree”, and make purchase.

4: Check shopping cart is correct, click “checkout”.

5: If you registered with us in Step 1 above: Fill out “Been here before” with the login details you made when you registered. If you haven’t registered yourself yet, fill out “New to our site”.

6: Complete payment information and “place order”.

*If you want to pay using a credit card, you can fill in your details online and book into classes straight away!

**If you want to pay using a bank account you must contact to fill out the direct debit form and email it to Mel for entry (contact Mel for a copy of the form). Once your direct debit form has been received by Mel, you will be registered into the class!

We provide

All fitness equipment, music, lots of motivation and a safe training location (community hall).

What to BRING to class

Towel, drink bottle, medication (eg. asthma).

OTHER stuff

*Minimum age for classes is 15 years old.
*You must book into, reschedule and cancel all sessions through the Mind Body Online website.
*5 people must register for the class to go ahead.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have never participated in a group fitness class before, does that matter?
No! We teach you correct exercise technique at the class.

I am not fit enough to join your class.
That is why you join a fitness class, to get fitter and stronger! You may never be fit enough if you think like that!

Can I bring a friend to a class?
Sure! Make sure you check with the instructor before the class so they can check availability and grab some details (name, injuries, exercise history etc) about your friend before the class.

I have an injury, can I still join the class?
It depends on your injury and how bad it is. Contact first!
