Our Group Personal Training Perth sessions are perfect if you want to reduce the cost of training and exercise with your mates or family and get fit and healthy together. The more people that join in the training session, the cheaper it is. Before you begin your new exercise regime, a 60 minute fitness appraisal is set up between everyone in the group and your personal trainer so you get a chance to meet them face to face before you start training, to identify your individual goals and discuss ideas for exercise programs that will enable you to reach the results we are after.
